Our operational headquarters in Fresno, California, has a large employee pool of bilingual personnel. When calling during our normal business hours (8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m.) you will always speak with a live person without going through an electronic attendant. This allows Advantek to maintain relationships with our members and providers.
